Delivery Policy
Orders need to be placed at least six hours before delivery. Select from the dates and slots available at checkout.
Scheduling
Pirabeo's delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The dates and slots available for your address are shown at checkout; not every time within those hours is necessarily offered. Please place an order at least six hours before the requested delivery time.
Charges and serviceability
Delivery charges apply where shown at checkout. Check the displayed charge, address and slot before you confirm payment. Available service areas and slots may vary.
Receiving your order
Provide a complete address, reachable phone number and any useful delivery instructions. You can check order progress in your order history. If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, contact Pirabeo with the order number; we will review the circumstances. A selected slot is not an unconditional delivery-time guarantee.
