Using the service

Pirabeo Pawstaurant is a small proprietorship (MSME) owned by Ayesha Shafiq. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you create an account, keep your details accurate and use it responsibly. Customers must be able to enter into an online purchase or have the consent of a responsible adult.

Order details and availability

Check product descriptions, ingredients, portions, pet details, delivery address and instructions before submitting an order. Tell us about known allergies or sensitivities. Product choices and delivery slots depend on current availability; a displayed product or slot is not a promise that every order can be fulfilled.

Prices and payment

The product price, applicable taxes and any delivery charge are shown during checkout. Online payments are handled through the configured PayU checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified and Pirabeo shows the order as confirmed; starting checkout or submitting payment details alone does not guarantee acceptance.

If a payment fails, is cancelled or remains pending, check your order status before trying again. Contact us if the payment and order status do not match.

Preparation and delivery

Orders need to be placed at least six hours before the requested delivery time. Choose an available slot at checkout and provide a complete, reachable address and contact number. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is placed. We may contact you if a delivery cannot be completed as planned.

Cancellations and returns

Contact Pirabeo to request cancellation at least four hours before the scheduled delivery. Prepared meals are not accepted for return. Any refund due is reviewed for the particular order; no automatic refund or processing time is promised. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Food and pet care

Our meals are intended for dogs. Check current ingredients and follow the handling instructions supplied with the food. Individual dogs can respond differently to ingredients or diet changes. The site does not provide veterinary advice; consult a qualified veterinarian about allergies, medical conditions or therapeutic diets.

Website use and rights

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit false information. Pirabeo content, branding and site materials belong to Pirabeo or their respective owners. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
